THE MAPLE

The “Maple” is the most efficient unit, packing 4 beds and 2 baths into a surprisingly open 1,940 sf layout. Like the other layouts, this includes a covered parking space, and one uncovered. Both bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom. The Basement houses another living space, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

There are two options for floor plans, the 1st being a 4 bed/2 bath. The second opts out of a bedroom, leaving you with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a much larger living space layout.
