Aria, the above image, is a friendly, master plan community located just across of Federal Boulevard from Regis University. This community focuses mainly on a communal, active lifestyle. The site is covered in community-driven designs, including a community production garden, a green house, and bee pollination project. With a range of project types, including town homes (find out more below!), row homes, a pocket neighborhood, co-housing space, commercial space and apartments, there’s something for everyone at the Aria Master Plan. Denver Sky Lofts will be developing all of the units in red in the above map.

The Rowhomes that Denver Sky Lofts will be developing include 2 unique floor plans ranging from 2,027 to 2,182 square feet. Covered, attached garages, backyards and rooftop decks make these some of most unique units in the Aria Masterplan. Each unit is Energy Star Certified.

6 units are planned for phase I and 11 units planned for Phase II.
